I was a fat ugly boy. No one could ever look at me without sorrow.

It was hard to take a shower, to move, to live. Don't listen to people, telling that being fat is not a problem for them. Ask them if they have a chance to instantly drop off all the extra weight in a minute, would they choose to do so or not? 80% would say yes, the rest will lie just because they know A: it’s impossible and B: they said it’s OK, so have to follow this line.

Being a decisive fellow, I once decided to fix this troubling issue in my life. Since then I was desperately looking for a reliable way on how to lose weight. One diet changed another but I couldn’t reach my desired result.

Then I identified the real problem that was within me. Once I admitted it to myself, everything became clear, including my plan, my diet and my behavior.


The Truth on How to Loose Weight

First off, don’t think that without changing your eating habits and physical activity or should I say absence of it, you may magically lose weight taking some pills or drinking magic tea. Actually chemistry may help to some extent, but the questions are to what extent, for how long and whether you want to exchange overweight problems for a dozen of other diseases caused by side effects of your pills? Neither do I, so we are left with the only option here. If you want to really know how to lose weight along with these dreadful pounds the natural way (the same way you added them, but vice versa and more efficiently), then we have to deal with how many calories we put on and how many of them are being burnt by our physical activity.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but this is how it works. Otherwise we would have hordes of people losing weight without sweat and struggle and teaching the whole universe how to lose weight. Unfortunately this doesn’t happen at the time of this writing.


Methodology of How to Loose Weight

You won’t make it work unless ‘incoming’ calories brought by sugars and unhealthy carbohydrates fats are more in quantity than your ‘outgoing’ calories. In basics you want to lower or better to get rid of all unhealthy sugars and fats and focus on fruits, vegetables, healthy carbohydrates and vegetative fats on one hand and raise your physical workload and calories burn on the other hand. Anyway, once I got that really clear in my mind, I saw how I have to adjust my eating and physical behavior in order to reach my target, so I’d crafted my Fat-War Action Plan and put it into action.

A couple of months forward and I did lose 55 pounds but as you guess not because of reading mantras, worshiping idols, polluting my body with drugs or drinking magic teas (although I’m fond of green tea and have been drinking it since I remember myself) but due to exercises and a good old fatless and sugarless diet, which in short can be summed up to the following:
- no sugar and sugar containing products,
- no farinaceous food,
- presumably no fried food,
- mainly fruits, vegetables, soy for an extra supply of protein, vitamins and different nuts in small quantities for necessary vegetative fats.

‘Physical’ part of my plan included aerobics with dumbbells, weight lifting and all kinds of exercises I can only think of.

Yeap, it took more willpower and self control than you can imagine and the bad news is that most people lack them, otherwise they would not be fat for that long. Luckily for you there is an easy dietary solution that will remove so unpleasant sense of hunger, especially during the first month of a diet and I’m going to tell you about this option a bit later, because at first nothing matters unless you make one crucial decision, which is to take responsibility for your health in your own hands.
